One of Flipperz’ trade secrets is George’s Mix, a dry blend of seasonings that wakes up anything from salads to steak to fish to soup. The mix’s creator, George Sterchi of Knoxville, TN, is a long-time family friend who had been making the concoction in his basement for years. He finally revealed the coveted recipe to Kris in 2002. Even George’s own family doesn’t have access to the secret. Now you too, can enjoy George’s mix – as part of your dining experience.
